Your Role:

As a Junior Sales & Showroom Coordinator at Mobelli, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our sales operations run like a well-oiled machine.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting our sales staff with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless sales processes
• Assist customers to ensure their requirements are met resulting in sales deals won.
• Drive exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
• Maintaining an organized and appealing showroom with accurate pricing
• Managing incoming sales calls with charm and efficiency
• Qualifying and managing leads in our CRM system
• Coordinating customer order deliveries flawlessly
• Using your Excel and Word skills to update showroom prices and reports
• Providing a warm welcome to walk-in customers and callers at our reception

What You Need:

• Matric qualification is a must
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, showroom, or administrative roles
• Exceptional time management, discipline, and organizational skills
• High tolerance for stress and ability to work under pressure
• Loyalty and confidentiality in handling customer information
