We are seeking a highly driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and most importantly driving sales.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales revenue targets.
  • Assist customers to ensure their requirements are identified through consultative selling resulting in sales deals won.
  • Drive exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
  • Successfully convert curated company leads into sales.
  • Building successful relations with our repeat business customers that result in ongoing sales.
  • Proactively mining the customer base to find additional opportunities for sales

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience
  • Grade 12
  • High energy levels
  • Strong ability to handle conflict and stress
  • Must be goal-driven
  • Confident communicator both over the phone and in writing
  • Strong sales approach including negotiating, handling objections, and closing a deal
  • The ability to resolve problems with customers and arrive at decisions that result in deals being won
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships that result in ongoing sales
  • Ability to work in team orientated environment and contribute in a positive manner
  • Ability to work independently and self-managed
  • Show Initiative and be professional at all times
  • Integrity, responsibility, and accountability are to be displayed at all times
  • Ability to be effective in a pressurized environment
  • Have a growth mindset and interest in continued self-development
